QuoteI used to like Applebees when they first came out, they had some good items on the menu and it was pretty good but in recent years it has gone DOWNHILL. All the good items are no longer available on the menu, then the items they do have are pretty limited and if you do find something you might like-and you want it "made to order" (such as hold the onions or make it crispy, etc.) they are NOT ACCOMODATING AT ALL, basically you get what they give you. The service is slow and the food is way overpriced considering you can get better food and better service at competitors like Fridays, Olive Garden, Macaroni Grill, Chili's, etc, why does anyone even bother going to Applebees anymore? PS-Once I had a complaint because my food was not as I ordered it and then they messed it up the second time as well and an hours had passed now and the rest of the people I was with had already finsihed eating so I no longer wanted it and they tried charging me for it anyway.
