Their nannies are spendy, but they are all well trained and well screened. I've gotten sitters for saturday night (including the saturday before halloween) with 1 day notice.

Haven't used them, but talked with them. Other friends got their nanny through them, are very happy with her.

You should know that they will not work with nannies who are mothers and want their own children with them during the day.

A bit pricey but their "on call" service is great -- have always been able to find someone on short notice and everyone I've used has been great.
