QuoteAngel City offers both pre and post natal yoga. The post natal being an entertaining mommy and baby yoga class taught by Ronnie Rice. The class is for mommys of babies over 8 weeks old and is primarily for the moms thought the babies get to be played with throughout the class. It's a great time and a great place to meet new moms.
