Alyce turned the daunting task of finding a qualified nanny into a professional, easy experience. She shared information with us that would have been difficult to find otherwise--typical pay and benefits, a standard contract, and what we could expect from our nanny regarding household responsibilities. Alyce helped us prioritize what we were looking for in a nanny, and then found us the perfect person within a week. What a relief!

As first time parents, finding a nanny was a daunting experience. We engaged Alyce, who had more insight into what kind of person we were really looking for. The person she found for us is absolutely perfect for us and our son. We would not have been able to find her without Alyce. The process was smooth, easy, and very insightful. We will use her again if we ever have to find childcare after this.

. . .emphasis on professional. The process of finding the right nanny can be incredibly daunting, and time required was overwhelming for me and my husband, both of whom also work outside the home. Alyce is an extremely good listener, which meant she qualified the candidates well according to our needs and did not try to "sell" us on folks that were off our specs. Would definitely use again.

The nanny search seemed like a daunting task until a colleague recommended Alyce. She helped us find the ideal match for our family. After two great years with our nanny, we decided to move out of the city and therefore needed to hire another nanny. We didn’t hesitate to contact Alyce. Once again, we were extremely pleased with the outcome. We have an incredible nanny that has been with us for two years. We have recommended Alyce to many friends and we would certainly use her again.

After spending of time interviewing nannies and not finding the right person, I found out about Alyce from one of the Burlingame Mothers. Coincidentally, I had also been reading a book about finding a nanny in the Bay Area which turns out was written by Alyce. I found Alyce to be very helpful in thinking through what was important to us in a nanny. She quickly found 3 candidates all of whom we liked. She was great about follow up and helping us select the right nanny.The only downside I found was the inattentiveness to detail in the contracts. While she does charge a flat fee, her rates are lower than some of the bigger agencies. Overall it was a great experience. We could not be more pleased about the outcome.
