It's amazing to have local shops owned by local people..but I wish Ali's Wagon tapped into more reasonably priced items or had a local vendors day. I have heard that they have a lovely coffee break for new momes

I wasn't impressed with this store-the personnel working at the store seemed to busy talking with each other vice helping me with a question.

Even before the birth of our daughter, my husband and I were able to take advantage of the excellent "birthing from within" class taught by Mari Carmen. As a new mom, I found myself visiting Ali's Wagon weekly starting at just under 2 weeks post-partum for the pediatrician/doula classes offered every Friday. Ali's Wagon has been invaluable for our new family: a great place to pick-up a house-warming gift or cute little outfit for the new baby that was smaller than expected, resource for getting through the first year, avenue to meet other new parents & babies.
I am so grateful to have Ali's Wagon in our neighborhood & wish that every community had such a fabulous resource!

Jessie Menken has openned a fabulous, cute boutique that has great, hip baby clothes and decorative items for the home. But perhaps the most impressive aspect for new parents is the Parenting Resource Center, located in a comfortable lounge-like back area of the store, that hosts variety of rotating classes for parents - ranging from birthing preparation to a mother's writing circle. Check out the website for current classes offered.
