QuoteI had to take my daughter to the ER at this place when she was 9 months old, and the resident doctors had NO idea what they were doing with an infant! She was dehydrated and they were trying to put in an IV and they poked her so many times without result that I finally decided to just take her back home and pray she would take the Pedialyte instead of exposing her to further suffering and traumatization from the medical staff! This horrible experience caused me to switch pediatricians, I couldn't belive the doctor had referred me to this place.

QuoteAWFUL experience(s). i am pregnant with my third and decided to go to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center since its close to my sons preschool. Since my first appointment I had to wait for more than one hour to see the dr. (even when I showed up early). The staff was rude and unreliable. My files were continually mixed up with other patients and I did not recieve an internal examination once and im 28 weeks! I recently called to get my medical records and was told that I had to pay $5 per sheet! Absurd! Dont waste your time!

QuoteFront desk staff is sometimes rude, eating behind the desk (bad for patients who had to fast the night before for whatever reason) mostly students checking on you relaying info back to docs, some nurses really need to take a kindness class. Wait time to see a doc isn't bad, takes about an hour for a nurse to check you out.
