If you are looking for a great workout and need to bring your child(ren) - Cassandra is the "coach" for you. Her "BBB" class is awesome -- I've been taking this class for five months and I am in the best shape since pre-pregnancy. Not to mention the class is fun and a great way to meet other moms.
