Absolute Best Care sent an imposter to my home to care for my newborn. They have not accepted responsibility for this. They do not know their nannies. They are a "middle man" and are in this business for the money ONLY. I urge you to beware!!! It is not worth putting your child's life at risk.

This agency was overall fabulous! I used ABC becasue my friend used them and recommended them to me. ABC jumped right in and I met the best nanny candidates I have ever met within the first 2 days. We love our ABC nanny! They were so good I used them to find my housekeeper too!

They made the experience of finding a nanny turn from 'overwhelming on my own' to easy and organized and most important successful with their help! Being the first time we are going through hiring a nanny, ABC's experitise and outright care helped us navigate the entire process. They performed every detail for us. I would strongly recommend using them to help anyone find a great nanny!

I do not recommend this agency. I had a really bad experience working with them. The nanny candidates they sent were not qualified and not screened- they sent us nannies with fabricated references! They were very pushy about "closing" the deal and not concerned in finding us a good nanny. It was obvious that this agency was more interested in getting paid than in placing a trustworthy person with our children.

I must admit, I am type-A and extremely thorough, so when it came to finding a nanny I was prepared for the worst. To my surprise and relief, ABC was amazing! They were professional and informative and I never felt pressured. I really appreciated their follow-up/customer service and felt I always had someone to contact with questions. We are absolutely thrilled with our nanny and I have piece of mind each day. Would highly recommend working with ABC!!!
