I worked briefly for Healthy Start Coalition which funds "The abcProgram" as it is correctly spelled. It is great for moms-to-be to take Childbrith, Breastfeeding and Newborn Care classes who are currently enrolled or have accepted services from Healthy Start Coalition of Hillsborough County. It offers these FREE classes to those enrolled in Healthy Start services. (There is a nominal fee for those not enrolled). While not everyone qualifies for ALL Healthy Start services, every mom in the county is offered a chance to accept it if they're deemed eligible.
