The person I talked to was inpatient, clearly had no interest in listening to my (her customer's) concerns, maybe she had a hair appointment or something because she was interrupting constantly and clearly just wanted to get done with the conversation as soon as possible. I ended up putting up an add in Craigslist, interviewed about 15 experienced nannies over the phone, chose 3 of those to interview in person at my home and checked their references, it's easy and cheap ($20dlls) to do the background check yourself. It saved me hundreds of dollars over A plus Nannies. Our nannie has been with us for 6 months and we couldn't be happier! I'm not suggesting you use Craigslist...I'm suggesting you use a different nannie placement company.

It seems to be if they are not making a sale or you not spouting off your information fast enough you will encounter an attitude with some of the nanny consultants. Finding an agency who treats all people equally with excellent customer service is not found here. The consultant was short tempered, rude and abrasive.

Felt like they were trying to sell us on the first nanny we were introduced to. They sounded knowledgeable and seemed to say all the right things, but we simply became too uncomfortable with the feeling the sale was more important than finding the right nanny.

I had been looking all over for a great nanny. I wanted to get a referral from someone rather than calling any random company in the yellow pages. I finally received a referral to A Plus Nannies. Being a new mother I was stressed out enough as it is. Talking to Hilary and Nikki made me feel at ease and secure. I felt very comfortable talking with them. At the end of my conversation I had made up my mind that I would never find a better nanny company that makes you feel that they honestly do care about my child and I. I have told all of my new mother friends about A Plus Nannies and how wonderful they are and that I go through my day feeling that my child safe and well cared for.

A plus nannies has been a life saver. The knowledge and expertise of the staff has helped to educate my family. We are better parents because of this!!!
