my fiance and i went in there and saw some nice clothes and jeans and i was having a great mood till a girl came to me and tried to sell me a $210 pair of jeans and forced me to try it on and she said it out loud and make it clear that they were for petite, i mean c'm on i'm not that tall, only 5ft4, but when i wear petite, the jeans are just about the right length and if i wear the shoes on, then they would be too short for me. and she really gave me a hard time and saying she knew she was good and blah blah blah.... and after i finished trying, went to the counter, and those girls looked at me weird and asked me if i buy any, i said no, i thought belly band was better and one of them was like "well you can only get it in target" and my fiance was like "nono, belly band that holds your jeans" and they were all like "OH.... you mean TUMMY SASH.." and they looked really disappointed and tried talking me into buying more and telling me the sale of the "TUMMY SASH" was gonna end, but hell no, i only bought one and left and the most frustrated moment was my fiance thought those girls were nice!!!

Awful return policy. The store is not one bit inviting. Rip off.

Nice store with beautiful clothes and large jeans selection.
The sales people are a tad pushy. I was trying to buy maternity jeans and the salesgirl was trying to talk me into $220 jeans instead of the $90 jeans that clearly fit better. Spending even that much gave me an ulcer.
I agree with another reviewer that most of the clothes you buy WILL NOT FIT AT THE END. As long as you know that and are ok with it, shop away. My feeling is that I'd rather go nuts shopping at a regular store after the baby is born when I am feeling dumpy and will need new outfits.
My tip...do a search on Ebay under Pea in the Pod and buy your clothes used!

I bought some really nice items for work from A Pea in the Pod, but no one ever told me that there comes a point in pregnancy where you no longer fit your maternity clothes, and I reached that point at about 7 months with my Pea in the Pod maternity clothes. I guess what I'm trying to say is that the sizes are off in these clothes, and the clothes you buy in your 2nd trimester won't fit at the end of your 3rd trimester.
