My wife and I were one of the first families this agency placed. After spending the past three and a half years with our nanny, Allison, she left us to start her Masters Degree. Allison was just wonderful and will remain a very big part of our family. Having such a pleasant experience three years ago, we enlisted the help of Jessica and her agency to find us another full time nanny for our 3 year old and 5 month old. I was a little apprehensive that we could not find someone who would compare to Allison's style of nanny work. I have to admit, it is pretty big shoes to fill. We were wrong. Each time, Jessica sent us very nice, qualified ladies. We have spent the past nine weeks with Nelly. I think we have found another family member. Our children have responded well to our new nanny and they really enjoy her. In short, I used this service twice and each time our family had a positive experience. I also want to mention, A Nanny Solution has very stringent requirements of the nannies thus reducing the selection of candidates. As a father to two small children I am more concerned with the QUALITY of candidates than the quantity. Sure the other agencies have more nannies to choose from although when agencies lessen the restrictions the agency will have more candidates. Especially since the other three agencies do not drug test inevitably the candidate pool increases substantially. Never the less, both nannies we have hired are remarkable beyond words. My wife and I forever thankful for the amount of serenity it brings us to know our sons are well taken care of.

Even for a last minute, on-call need Jessica was able to help us out. It was refreshing to know that my needed would be addressed without paying any "application fees" or Membership costs. The nanny was very good with our baby, so good that I will be looking further into getting a nanny on a perm basis.

I have used this agency four times over the last three months, mostly for on-call needs because the girls were sick. Then I stopped sending Ruby and Layla to the daycare since they were often getting very ill, every other week. After the last ear infection and a round of "hoof and mouth" I called Jessica and asked her to help with our full-time nanny search. She was excited to help. I appreciated their detailed assistance when I was in need of a nanny. I found the agency to be prompt, honest and far superior to those I previously worked with. The prices are practical and the eleven candidates were all stellar. Given Jessica's evident professionalism I can predict her and A Nanny Solution to be in the nanny business for years to come.

Very disappointed - this one-woman agency doesn't have nearly the qualified candidates as the big reputable agencies.

I thought A Nanny Solution was very professional in helping me find a nanny for my newborn twins. Being a first time Mom, I was very reluctant to go back to work & find a nanny. They also have followed up with me three times to make sure the placement is working out. The babies have really taken to our new nanny. The owner is very confident in her nannies, allowing us to try the nanny out for 2 weeks without payment. Nice touch!
