my mother signed up at this gym over a year ago and from day one they have been overbilling her credit card and she cancelled membership and they keep charging her.This is a ripoff! Lori, the lady who deals with the contracts is rude and two faced, the owner/leach Michael never returns calls of people he is ripping off.I dont know if Michael and Lori have heard about karma, thats all i have to say.It is people like these that contribute to the problems in society, they are grimy, deceptive, lying snakes preying on consumers. They are doing this to many people they have a horrible record with the BBB. Save your money and spread the word about these thieves running a sorry excuse for a business/gym. Boycott!!!!

Interested in joining 4 Women Only Fitness in Poway? Do yourself a favor and check the Better Business Bureau @ sandiego.bbb.org (check both locations: Poway & San Marcos). I was a member of the San Marcos Location (same owner as Poway) and it is now bankrupt. A few days before they closed their doors, they were kind enought to bill my credit card for the year membership. We did not receive any notice, they put a flyer on the door telling us to go to another gym. When I called the Poway location I was told that the SM location is bankrupt therefore they will not issue any refunds. BEWARE!

As you can see, we cannot make everyone happy. But we will do everything possible to try. The two negative reviews written on 10/20 were by the same ex-member who we just could not make happy. We hope you will try our gym for 1 week for free to see if you like it, I am sure you will.

I've only been there about 6 months. The staff was often rude, and my daughter was verbally abused in their kids day care facility. The manager is quite pushy when trying to get you signed up. One month I was charged some extra "maintenance fee" of $39.

I had a very bad experience with this gym. They charged my credit card with the fees that were not disclosed at the sign up time. They were rude, and not returning my phone calls. Eventually they forged my contract (it's a crime!) when I decided to cancel my membership. I was lucky that I kept the copies of all I was signing.
I hope I never wll have to deal with them again. And LA gym is right around a corner...
