We opened our doors on September 3, but now it's time to celebrate! Please join us this weekend (September 26 and 27) for two full days of exciting author events, storytimes, sing alongs, activities and more. Doors open at 10:30 AM on both Saturday and Sunday!


Saturday, September 26:
11:00 AM: Songs and Storytime
All Ages

Come listen to beautifully told children's stories and sing along to your favorite songs!

12:00: Face Painting with Bronwyn Lewis
Bronwyn Lewis, the amazingly talented artist who painted our beautiful store mural will be in-store painting faces!
12:00 - 2:00 PM: New and Expecting Parent Meet and Greet
Come meet other new and expecting parents in the community. Make new friends and get answers to some of your most pressing questions. Also find product samples for Moms and Dads.

1:00 PM: Preparing for a New Baby Brother or Sister with Author and RN Dianne Danzig
All Ages: A wonderful, educational event for both parents and big siblings!

Expecting? What About Your Older Children?
Join Dianne Danzig, RN, for an open-ended discussion on preparing children welcoming new babies into their families. Dianne will also demonstrate and practice diapering and wrapping "babies like burritos" with big brothers and big sisters to be. Children should bring a doll or stuffed animal. more...

12:00: PAWS for Reading
Children may improve their reading skills and make a new friend by reading aloud to Milo, a therapy dog. Read-to-pet programs have been proven to help build children's confidence in reading by having a non-judgmental party (the dog) to read to.
2:00 PM: Collage and Storytime with Author Christy Hale
Best for Ages 3-8
