We are looking for a family interested in part-time share care starting in September in Sunset / Inner Sunset / Richmond / Inner Richmond / Laurel Heights / Pacific Heights / Western Addition (Already have a terrific nanny!) We are parents of 2 girls (2.5 and 10 months), but my oldest will be starting pre-school in September, so we are looking for a playmate for my 10 month old. We are new to the Sunset neighborhood, but in our old neighborhood we have been doing a share care for the past 2 years and feel this was one of the best family decisions we have made yet. Elizabeth, our nanny, is warm, loving, smart; yet firm, consistent and 100% reliable. She is a magical find that we refuse to give up since we consider her an extension of our family -- so that is why we have asked her to stay on! Now we just need to find a family that might be interested in joining up with us: Together with Elizabeth, we are hoping to find a family that is interested in the following: * Looking for 8 or 9 hours every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (min 24 hours / max 28 hours). * Rate is $11/hour sharing * Has a baby under a year old; preferably close to our daughter's age (10 months) * Share care can be in your home exclusively. Possible neighborhoods include Sunset / Inner Sunset / Richmond / Inner Richmond / Laurel Heights / Pacific Heights / Western Addition (We live on Lincoln and 21st Ave, but my older kid is going to school in Pacific Heights, so I can pick up and drop off from your home) * Prefers Spanish speaking nanny. Elizabeth's English is conversational, but we encourage her to speak to our girls in Spanish. My oldest girl understands every word Elizabeth tells her and we find this a wonderful asset.
