Whether you are family planning or planning for the family...there are so many challenges out there for young parents. So many questions and concerns. I think there's alot we can all do to support each other. That's why I've started this group and designed Holistic Expectations (www.holisticexpectations.com) - to provide as much support as I possibly can to my family, friends and fellow Houstonians.
We offer a variety of services based on community building - childbirth classes, breastfeeding support groups, new parent suppport groups, doula services, resources in the local area.
