A few months ago I found a book in the library called 'The Diaper Free Baby' by Christin Gross-Loh. If you have a baby (newborn-2 years) you should check this book out right away. I can't believe people have to suffer through potty training without the knowledge that they can do it quicker, easier, and MUCH earlier. See if your library has it. If not, get on Amazon.com and buy it! Then pass it along to all your girlfriends. It's information too good not to know. I was completely skeptical when I started reading this book, but about halfway through, I was convinced that this should be the norm in America.
By the way, this isn't the only great book out on this subject. Just google Elimination Communication, keep an open mind, and learn some great alternatives to chasing your kids down when they're 3 or 4 years old and still in diapers.
