I just heard there is another postpartum support group starting Feb. 2nd at The Center for Postpartum Health in Tarzana. It’s a great group experience if you’re feeling really postpartum. They meet Mondays from 12-1:30 and you can bring your baby. It’s led by a therapist who specializes in postpartum and is a mother of three.
