I have a 22 month old daughter who maybe weighs 22lbs. (<3-5% for weight).  She is growing and is showing a positive trend on her growth chart.  It's just difficult to find her clothes that fit in the waist b/c she is so skinny.  Besides the fact that she is high energy and hardly stops to breathe all day, she eats like a bird.  I wish there was something that I could give her that she could scarf down that wasn't fruit.  She'll eat any kind of fruit!  And will eat regular food but no real favorites.  I've tried everything.  I've tried fattening up her foods by adding:  full fat ice cream, butter, olive oil, cream cheese, cottage cheese, whole milk (I even add dry non-fat milk to her whole milk), cheese, yogurt, wheat germ, avocados...anything to add calories.  I've limited her to one Pediasure/day b/c the pediatrician said that she needs to get used to eating and not drinking all her calories.  Does anyone have any tips for a picky eater?
