Baby Boot Camp has returned me to my pre-pregnancy size and weight in only 3 months. I am more fit now than after my first child. I love that I can bring one or both children and spend time exercising outdoors in the fresh air. The instructor is extremely competent and challenging. I could never push myself as hard or achieve the same goals without her encouragement. Now the prospect of having a third doesn't seem so daunting.
