I'm currently looking for a daycare or nanny that practices attachment parenting.  While I breastfeed and sometimes co-sleep, the most important aspect of AP for me is that it's anti cry it out.  I am looking for a childcare provider that believes in the same philosophy.  Please let me know if you can recommend a daycare, in-home care, or a nanny.

Hi,  have you looked into any of the au pair programs?  We have a German au pair through Cultural Care Au Pair.  One of the major  advantages to hosting an au pair is that you really get to specify and look for someone who matches your exact needs.  We have had 4 au pairs and have been pleased with all but one of them. :~P    We are also very much into AP (cosleep, breastfeed, non-CIO, etc).  Feel free to email me back if you have any questions!
