Anyone insisting on ysing Born-Free bottles?
What about the plastic bowls?
I think you can't make yourself crazy with this stuff.
Next year they will tell us not to use glass for some reason.
I agree with Sweden....
I can't use glass for my 2 year old.
That has it's own risks.
From my understanding...it is ok to use plastic as long as you don't heat the food in the plastic container.
So heat the food in glass and transfer to plastic or paper.
I used the born-free bottles. And then switch to regular sippy cups....kind of silly but it made me feel more comfortable.
I never bought into the plastic fears.
I used regular bottles and my 3 year old is fine.
But I guess this stuff can show up later. who knows? I just think you can't drive yourself crazy with all of these fears.
I use Born free for my son. I use the plastic ones not glass. I love them and they also have sippy cups too. They now make bpa free bowls but not from born free.
But I am told that there a number of toxins in plastic. BPA is just one.
Does anyone else have thoughts on this?
I used glass because of the chemicals in plastic. Why would anyone give a 2 year old a bottle? Unless the child has special needs. I never had a problem with glass because my son was off the bottle before he was even walking.
I was talking about sippy cups.
Do you use plastic for anything?
