My DD is 8 months old. She acts like she is teething, but there are no teeth yet.
My 3 1/2 month old has just sprouted her first tooth, right front incisor. TH eone right next to it looks not far behind either, I think this is really early for getting first teeth though.
My son has been teething since he just turned three months but not teeth yet...just lots and lots of slober and his hands are always in his mouth.
My oldest son got his first tooth at 9 months old, and didn't get any more until close to 13 months old. At age four, he has all his teeth, they are straight and perfectly fine.

Well...he's just over six months and we have two teeth now! His first one actually came in just an hour before his six month checkup. It wasn't there before we got there, but while we were talking to the doctor he bit me :)
The next one popped out two days later. He already looks so much different with his little chompers!
Don't worry. My son got his first at 10 1/2 months and I asked the Dr. he said their office record for a first tooth was 18 months.
mine is 5 months old and nothing yet, but he's been teething since he was 3 months.
