	I remember getting 50 cents at some point when I started doing chores, maybe 7?? As I got older, I would get, say, $1 for being their daughter, and earn another $1 by doing chores. By the time I was 17, I got $100 a month and I had to buy everything I wanted with that. My parents paid for school clothes and necessities only. I had a savings account by then, and a checking account, too. It helped prepare me for handling $ when I went to college. Flag
