Is it true? Can you really eat for free anymore?  And the answer is YES. There are free meals out there, well, for kids that is.  As a Mom and Wife, it is hard to have dinner ready every night in between all the other "things" we have to do. We need a break from cooking once an awhile...or every other day.  So, to help, I have done a little searching for us all. The restaurants below all offer "Kids Eat Free" nights. And if you know of more, please respond so we can keep this list growing!

OK, so this isn't a free meal, but it's a significant discount. 

Restaurants.com sells gift certificates to various restaurants at a steep discount - $25 gift certs for $10, etc.  They have 50-60% coupon codes to make them super-cheap.  The current deal is 60% off all certificates and a free $10 cert.  The coupon code is MEALS and is good through 6/30.  It makes a $25 certificate cost only $4.

If you sign up with them they'll send you the discount codes.  You can print the gift certficates from your computer right away and use them same day.

 It's a good way to find new places to try!
