CUTE KID OF THE DAY SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY To Enter:  The Cute Kid of the Day Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) begins 5:00:01 PM ET 6/16/08 and ends 11:59:59 PM ET 7/2/08 (“Promotion Period”). To enter, visit http://www.lilaguide.com/forums/p/20286/26221.aspx#26221, complete the online entry form, including attaching a photograph of your child (up to 10 years in age) and a caption in 100 words or less. Entries must be received online by 11:59:59 PM ET each day during the Promotion Period in order to be eligible for that day’s random drawing and subsequent day’s random drawings, if any. All entries must be received online by 11:59:59 PM ET on 7/2/08, to be eligible for the final day’s random drawing. Limit one entry per person/email address per each child entrant. You must pay normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your on-line service. By entering, you agree that your entry may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, be posted online. The entry must: 1) be complete to be eligible; 2) include a photo of entrant’s child and a caption; 3) include a photo that is the property of the entrant and has not won a previous prize or award. Entrants may not copy the entry from any source. Sponsor has the sole discretion to determine whether a photo qualifies as an entry. Any entry not in compliance with the above and which does not meet the requirements of these Official Rules will be disqualified. In such an event, the photo will be disqualified from the Promotion. Daily Random Drawings: One random drawing winner per day during the Promotion Period will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received by the end of each day. Entries will be carried forward for subsequent daily random drawings. The drawings for each day will be held on or about the next day following each day’s deadline (from 6/17/08 through 7/3/08), by Sponsor whose decisions will be final on all matters relating to this Promotion. Odds of winning a random drawing prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received by the end of each day.  Daily Random Drawing Prizes (17 – one per day): A $25 American Express Gift Cheque. Prizes will be awarded, provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received and winners will be notified by email.
