I have 2 kids and both grew tired of my cooking fast. I either baked or George Forman'd everything and just added a little seasoning salt. So I dusted the old Crock Pot, tried a few new recipes and now they are asking, "What's for Dinner". I created a group, "Recipes, Casseroles and Crock Pot Cooking and included some of my successes. Please join me and swap recipes, entertainment ideas and cooking techniques so we can all benefit from each others experience. http://www.lilaguide.com/groups/dinner

Sounds great! I'm always looking for new ways to cook up something for my picky eaters. I've had a Crock Pot for years and really need to start using it. I can't wait for the day that my kids ask, "What's for Dinner?" as I usually get, "I'm not eating that - or Pizza, again?!"

Cool...thanks so much for sharing.  I have three little ones & I'll admit I'm not the best cook (that's my hubby's job...he's awesome), BUT he works out of town from Sunday night to Thursday night every week...so I'm always looking for something yummy, healthy, and quick fixes...and I can totally crock pot, so thank you - thank you for sharing!

My kids favorite is Crock Pot pizza. i also made the moistest chocolate cake I have ever tasted in my life in the crock pot. Who would have thought you could bake a cake in a crock pot?
