HI, I was looking for advice on things to help with ADHD issues like any foods to avoid or ways to handle anger issues  any advice is welcome . Oh and he is also going through puberty help !!!!!!.

 Hi breezyheart,

I am a certified herbalist and I have helped a few children get on healthy programs to help with ADHD all naturallly, without meds. There is one product you can get from my website called FOCUS ATTENTION that is great. I had one client get her 11 year old off meds and start taking the herbal supplements and eating a healthy diet and he is doing great, better grades and everything.
