Do you think 3 1/2 years old is too young to put on a soccer team?  The park offers it just wondering if I should wait.

I have a son that turned 3 was playing soccer.  He did great, and he loved it.  He had times where he didn't want to play, or we'd have to bribe him to get out on the field, but for the most part, it was great.  It really just depends on your son.  Do you think he can handle it and would enjoy it?  I've never seen very competitive teams with kids that little, so you shouldn't have to worry about that.  Most coaches are fun and easy for that age group.  All 3 of my boys were playing this past season, and it was so cool.  I was truly a "soccer mom" this spring.  Now all 3 are in T-Ball.
