Can anyone recommend a good self defense class or instructor near west portal?

I don't have first hand experience with them... One Martial Arts offers a martial arts/self defense class for adults. They also offer a martial arts class for toddlers (3 yrs old) and a class for kids. They're located on Taraval, near 19th Ave.
