I'm feeling very frumpy these days but don't have a big budget for clothes nor do I follow fashion trends. Where can I shop in Philly that I can trust will be in style without spending too much?

 Nothing chases away that frumpy feeling then some new clothes. Like the other post I have had good luck at Dots, really.  It is very inexpensive and I found my most favorite jeans there for $9! Ann Taylor has some really flattering clothes but a little more costly so if you want something trendy and inexpensive try Dots.

I bought some fantastic earrings that didn't cost a fortune and wore them on a much needed date with my husband. I felt gorgeous all night and felt just as sexy as before I had children. So when I am feeling down, I always buy a nice jewel and that keeps me going for a while.
