Have you set up a living will? Anyone in Boston you would recommend to help us? I want to make sure my kids go to my parents and not the state should anything happen to my husband and I.

The Law Offices of Joseph Leone in Framingham do everything for us.  They are wonderful and worth the trip.  Located right on Rte. 9.  Good luck- you are doing the right thing!

I hope this isn't to self-promotion-y, but my husband is an attorney and does estate planning.  He is (in my humble opinon) a wonderful guy and really understands the concerns of young families.  He tried hard to keep his fees reasonable ($1000 for most estate plans) and will do a free consultation in your home or his office. People with children absolutely have to have their wills, trusts, living wills, etc. in order for their own piece of mind!

Good luck.  If you would like to contact him, his name is Jay Rudolph.  His office is in Beverly and his number is (978) 299-3050 or his email is Jay@oar-law.com.

If you would like more info, please feel free to contact me and I'll pass it on to him.
