Can anyone recommend a good self defense class, perferably in the western party of the city?

Hello!
Right now Lilaguide is hosting a promotion were you can earn $100! It is not a random drawing! So if you finish this you will earn $100!! Here is what you do:
1. Step One: Have 50 people (friends, family, playgroup, etc) join Lilaguide.com "SF Moms" Group. http://www.lilaguide.com/groups/sfmoms.aspx (they must be new members who live in the Bay Area)
3. Step Two: Start a thread of your own saying “(your group name) group contest!”
4. Step Three: When your 50 people join, have them respond to your thread saying that they joined because of you.
5. When your thread reaches 50 new people - you get $100!
6. The deadline is July 31, 2008
So come on lets see how many people we can get to join this group from now until JULY 31! That is the deadline to get all your members joined up! :o)
also, there is no limit on the amount of people you can get to join! if you get 100 people to join that will be $200 !
