For me to subscribe to a mom-type blog, it had better be truly unique (not that interested/don't have the time to read stuff that I'm going through) OR I would like very practical information. 

 Controversy always works, if you would like to stand out from the crowd (and it's very crowded) -- you need not to blend.

I have not found any that I really, really like. I just browse through and hopefully stumble on them again. Is there a way to track them besides bookmarking etc? 

I am not certain if there is a way, I only know how to bookmark them, will be intresting to see what others say about this question though

i know there are things called widgets and feeders etc. But that is about all I know and then I'm lost when it comes to that. 

I haven't figured it out, either.  I hope someone knows. :-)
