 I have another freebie - a coupon for a free split meal (serves 2-3) at Thyme Out in Gathersburg. Thyme Out is a healthy meal center for busy families.  You can go in and assemble a bunch of meals, they'll make the meals for you at no additional charge and you pick up at the curb, you can walk in and make a few during the week, you can raid their fridge and choose pre-made meals, or have it delivered directly to you.

You can use the free meal coupon for any of the options (not including the cost of shipping if you'd like it delivered.)  Just respond here or at jessica.mcfadden@gmail.com with your mailing address and I'll send you the coupon and a current Thyme Out menu.
