AGAIN, I am having a horrible time with suncreen stinging eyes...my poor teary eyed babies...

What brand do you use, and where do you get it?  Obviously I am looking for something not too pricey, but I don't mind paying a little more for the quality...

THANK you,

Carrie

We get the Target brand sport sun block SPF 30. Very inexpensive, goes on easy and I've never had stingy eyes.  I put it on my kids' faces every day.

California Baby is a GREAT product. We use everything they put out. They're great products & extremely gentle. It runs about $9/bottle but it's thick and would last a long time!

Hello!

Coppertone Water Babies stick. It's easy to put on because it's a stick that you just rub on baby faces, ears, shoulders. I believe all Coppertone Water Babies brand is not stinging.

Good luck!

Did you know most sunscreens are toxic? A new study by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) reveals that 97% of Americans are contaminated with a widely-used sunscreen ingredient called oxybenzone that has been linked to allergies, hormone disruption, and cell damage. A companion study published just one day earlier revealed that this chemical is linked to low birth weight in baby girls whose mothers are exposed during pregnancy. Oxybenzone is also a penetration enhancer, a chemical that helps other chemicals penetrate the skin. TruKid has great products including sunscreen, they're natural, SLS free and paraben free, it also doesn't contain oxybenzone.

You'll find TruKid products here: http://www.safehealthyprod.com/category_s/106.htm

I honestly don't know if this stings eyes or not (I haven't heard any feedback about that) but you could also try Avon's kids' sunscreen.  It goes on blue so you don't miss any spots AND it has picaridin in it which is a natural bug repellent (instead of deet).  If interested you can go to www.youravon.com/mmchenry

Wow I had no idea about the toxins in sunscreen! As a fair skinned family I'm very concerned.
