I love the SUV's - lots of room and sporty looking!  However gas has been horrible. I know the Mini-vans are also great but some of us Moms just haven't been able to pull the trigger on those. :>  With gas prices how they are we might have to!

How about a station wagon? I have one and it is very economical!

The minivans are the best!  I have the Toyota Celica, but I know some like the Honda Odyssey.  I know it was hard to trade in my beemer for one of these, but it was worth it b/c it is super convenient!  Everything is family-oriented with kids in mind at the touch of a button: trunks can open automatically (esp. with those groceries), doors slide open so kids can get in & out easily, rearview mirrors to see the kids, and so much more!

Well I have a Chrysler Town & Country Minivan. I have really enjoyed it, but we are getting ready to trade it in for something else, another minivan? I don't know. I was just wondering if there might be something better, but it sounds like I should stick with a minivan. I think I'll look into the Honda's. I really like the new technology out now, with the GPS systems with the BlueTooth built in. I've got to get one of those.

I have 2 toddlers and a Toyota Sienna.  It's a bit overkill and the gas mileage sucks, but it's fun to be in.  We're going to trade it in for a Prius -- we can actually get both car seats and a good deal of luggage in the back.  Then,$4/gallon won't be as much of a burden...

I agree about the gas mileage.  I'm waiting for the hybrid minivan.
