Hello...My name is Mary....I have a couple suggestions:

1.  Have cut up fruit in the freg fready to eat....it will be easier it get to for snacking.

2.  Do cardio at least 5 day a week for 30-45mins

3.  Workout with a buddy.....It will make you workout and be more fun.....or a local fitness group

4.  Keep track of what you eat for 6 weeks

5.  And remember that is takes your body 6 weeks to start changing so keep going!!!!!!

 1st you have to be committed to whatever program you are intrested in.  I like Weight Watchers and South Beach, both programs help you learn to eat well and you have to be accountable to make the program work.  Keeping a food jornal in the kitchen helps me.   

Next I would kick up the exersice a notch.  When I try somthing new or make a point to give it my all I see results more quickly.  I like The Firm videos for somthing to do at home and, I like Baby Boot Camp because there is someone there to motivate you and support you and your goals.

Fine a Baby Boot Camp class near you!  You can bring your baby, find the support of other moms and get that "extra" accountability to stick to your goals.  All of the classes are taught by certified fitness pros.  You'll meet some new friends too.
