Topic: Best price on Pull-Up style diapers?

jessicaAPISS 04/28/2008 at 10:25 AM

So, the price of Princess-themed Pull Ups is really effecting our family budget, believe it or not!  My 2 year old daughter loves these, is starting her own trips to the potty (I had nothing to do with this and found potty training a 3 year old WAAAAY easier.)

Do you guys have an recs on the cheapest place to get them?  I find when I go to CostCo specifically for diapers they don't have the brand or size I need and I end up with $100 worth of stuff I didn't know I needed.

 Help!!

Do you have to use Pullups? I started out with them but my son used to cheat and unvelcro the sides rather than pull them up and down, so I switched to Easy Ups. I would keep an eye out for coupons and sales - but the reason I mention it is a nice thing about the Easy Ups was that Pampers has this gifts to grow program, if you enter the codes inside the bags on their website you can get points to "buy" stuff - mostly toys and things.

If you look at the pampers.com site you'll see what I'm talking about. Not straight savings, but I got my son a cool lego pirate ship set from it.

Thanks - great ideas!  I will try to transition to Dora Easy Ups, but have a willfull little gal waaaay into "Dizzy Pwinsises" right now.  Aye me.

Jessica, the best I can tell you is clip coupons. We buy ours in bulk from Sam's Club. Those princess pull-ups can be expensive. However, I know that Costco takes manufaturer's coupons. Will that help?

Sam's Club does carry those darn princess diapers (why can't my child like cars? LOL). They have size 2T-3T, 3T-4T and maybe 4T-5T  We're not up to the big size yet so I'mnot sure on it.

Good luck!

have you tried Amazon?  That's where we get our diapers.  The prices are great and shipping is generally free for that kind of stuff if you've spent more than $25.

Have you tried diapers.com?  You can "google" a $10 coupon for your first order & shipping is free on orders over $49.  If you are fortunate enough to live near a Walmart- they are the cheapest price for diapers.
