I'd say Rita Wilson.  She seems to have it all figured out.  She knows how to balance a career with motherhood, how to make a marriage work, she's never in the tabloids and you never hear anything bad about her, and she stays in shape.  She is an excellent role model for her kids (and just about everyone).  Kudos to her!!!

My favorite celebrity mom is Gwen Stefani.  I just think she is an amazing women. 

Michelle Williams, she really seems to try to keep life normal for her daughter and out of the lime light. She seems like she is very involved with her and is active with her out and about with the community.

I would say Jennifer Garner because she is very hands on with her daughter.  She goes to the park with her and you never see her child left with a nanny.  She also has a great sense of style since she's become a mother which is something I need help on. :)  She really seems very grounded and has come into her new role nicely.

Oh I have a few. I have to second Jennifer Garner...she seems like a real mom. Someone that wants to do everything with her daughter and actually enjoys her and doesn't use her as an accessory. I also have to say I think I like Julia Roberts. She seems so in love with her kids and loves to talk about being a mom.

I'd have to say Reese Witherspoon too!

 Sara Jessica Parker is on my list. 

I would also say Jennifer Gardner.  I actually saw her at a drugstore when I was in California for a friend's wedding in January.  There she was, buying toothpaste or whatever, looking totally normal in the middle of the neighborhood drug store.  It seems like she has her head on her shoulders and you do always see pictures of her with her daughter at the park. 

 And, don't think I'm too crazy, but Madonna certainly changed herself around after she had kids.  She is even writing children's books now, which are not terrible (I have read The English Roses).
