Was he ever toilet trained and now he is regressing?  If so, you should mention it to his pediatrician and they will likely get a urine test.  If he never was fully dry at night, then...

1) no drinks after dinner

2) wake him at 11pm-ish each night to use the bathroom

3) enuresis/bed wetting alarm.

Hope this helps.

I found that with my son its usually a sign of stress. You migh want to ask if there is anything bothering him. Talk to his doctor, and ask if there is any medical reason, or if maybe due to stress.

Best of luck!

my son is 6 and still wets the bed almost every night.  He just sleeps so soundly that he can not wake up.  I have heard of a medication out there but it does have some serious side effect if it is not used properly.  I have also heard about the alarm but the child is still wetting the bed by the time the alarm goes off...I guess the benefit would be to try and train them to wake up when they have the urge to go to the bathroom.  Wish I could be more help.  Good luck
