Mine is Katie Holmes - I admire her for putting up with Tom Cruise, and making sure Suri is always in the latest fashion.

 Mine is Teri Hatcher. I have seen her with her daughter, Emerson, on Rachael Ray cooking and she really seems to be a down to Earth mom who really cares about her daughter.

Ohhhh, there are many...Gwen Steffani, Julia Roberts, Diana Krall, Ricki Lake...

 I love hearing about celeb moms who breastfeed, wear their babies, co-sleep, have natural and/or homebirths and parent their babes intuitively.  :)

 I'm gonna have to say Jennifer Garner or Reese Witherspoon. They seem to be really great moms, with a more laid back parenting style but you can tell they don't just make the nannie's raise the children. I also am a little biased because Violet totally reminds me of my Taylor, and they're the same age.

Actually...I don't follow any celebrity moms.  I really don't like all the media stuff personally....
