Description: WIDDLE YOUR MIDDLE FOR SUMMER! Join us for a class that focuses on core mommy-muscles. A 50 minute class performed with or without a child. To restore a woman's strength in the abdominal wall and pelvic floor, alleviating the postural changes that take place during pregnancy thus allowing her body to resist the fatigue that motherhood presents as well as returning the body back to a pre-pregnancy state.
