Description:
Jan Bernstein teaches this one hour prenatal class every Wednesday from 12 to 1 pm. Jan creates a personalized yoga practice that results from a collaborative assessment of each individual’s unique needs, goals, and visions. Her teachings are inspired by the teaching of Sivananda, Swami Vishnu Devananda, Indra Devi, Anusara Yoga founder John Friend and meditation teacher Sally Kempton (formerly Durgananda).
She is a Yoga Alliance RYT 500
