EVERY TUESDAY - STROLLER STRIDE & YOGA w/BABY
Meet at the studio, enjoy a brisk walk with exercise along the way, followed with yoga stretching, coming together with other new moms,regaining strength, flexibility while having fun with baby. EVERY THURSDAY IS POSTNATAL w/BABY YOGA.
LAST SATURDAY OF EVERY MONTH IS FAMILY YOGA.
COME SHARE FUN WITH THE WHOLE FAMILY.
