Baby Boot Camp Riverview classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30am-10:30am!
Baby Boot Camp is designed to help moms meet their fitness and weight loss goals. Our team of nationally certified fitness professionals will help you get into the best shape of your life while having fun with your child in a friendly, supportive mom's community. We're so much more than an exercise class though... we're a social group as well, with regularly scheduled activities such as play dates, mom's nights out, and a book club!
Baby Boot Camp is suitable for all fitness levels. You must be at least 6 weeks postpartum to attend (8 weeks for c-sections) and have verbal clearance from your physician to begin an exercise program.
