Part fitness group/part social collective, our "club" is a community of Chicago-area moms who share a passion for motherhood and the desire to maintain a healthy lifestyle. We offer each other support, advice, friendship and laughter - all of which are essential for our success as mothers. We offer a 60-minute, total body fitness experience to help new (and not so new) moms of all fitness levels re-shape and rejuvenate after baby. And the best part? Your child comes along for the ride! Classes incorporate the stroller into the workout offering a fun, new way to interact and bond with your little one. We also organize an after-class playgroup...the perfect way to reward yourself and your baby or toddler after a great workout!
