When I was in the new Chuck E Cheese restaurant in the Park and Shop Center in Concord I saw a lot of happy children and parents. The interior is smaller than it looks from the outside, but this can be a benefit when you have little ones. Each game is only one token (25 cents) and the coupons on their site really help keep the cost of food/token packages low.

I may have just had a horrible experience but it was something I will never endure with them again. I was the last session of the day and the lady did not care about taking the photos. When we looked at them afterwards she kinda rushed me through the pictures so I did not get a chance to fully view what I purchased (mistake on my part). She talked me into the package that comes with the CD and when I got home I noticed 15 more pictures on the CD that she did not share with me when choosing me photos. Also I started to notice that in some pictures my son's arm or leg was cut out of the picture. She had him laying on a blanket in one picture and it looked like a girafee (which was on the blanket) was growing out of my son's head. I called the next day and asked to talk to a manager, to my surprise the person who took my pictures the night before WAS the manager. I told I was not happy and wanted a refund and to cancel my order. She said once she hits the send button you can not refund anything and that it was a computer error that made the other images not appear the night before. Long story short I had to call her manager and than the regional manager to get my money back. I got all my money but the 19.95 they charge for the CD.

When I first had my son I would go in and be able to buy sleepers and other clothing anywhere from 1.50-3.50 and they were always in great condition. Well I went in just the other day and I could not believe my eyes when I saw a gerber sleeper for 5.50. It would be cheaper to go and buy it at the store where you get three sleepers for 9.98. I guess it's really hit and miss now. What I do love about this place is the discount on books. $.50 for board books is to good to pass up!

more of a good idea than anything else, it doesnt have a hole for the thing to turn on the shower so everytime i need to take a shower i have to take it off, pluss it is too big for my faucet

i didnt buy the duck just the refills and i love them when we are out and about and have to end up changing a stinky diaper in the car in the parking lot because the place we are at doesnt have a changing table, works well =]

i have one very similar to this one and i like it, it helps me have my arms to do things while in in the store but i cant keep my son in there to long or his legs turn purple, still worth the money to have my hands for 15 minutes
