Quote I have been doing Stroller Strides for over a year and absolutely love it. I was looking for a way to excercise but not have to leave my son in daycare to do so. This way I can still get in shape, teach my children about fitness, and meet new friends along the way. Interacting with the kids during class is a major bonus! I can't wait until after my baby arrives so I can get back into the swing of things with class!!
